Even at the data collection stage, the principle of data economy is of great importance to us. We only collect and process personal data if you have given us your consent or if the law expressly permits or prescribes us to do so or if you permit us to do so. In the following we explain which data we collect, how we use it and which rights you have with regard to the use of your data:
By agreeing to the following data protection declaration, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data in compliance with the data protection laws and the following provisions
Your personal data is collected and processed in order to process the mutual contractual relationship, in particular for this purpose:
- to have knowledge of who our contractual partner is;

Your personal data will only be passed on or otherwise transmitted to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of contract processing or invoicing or if you have given your prior consent.

Anything to the contrary shall only apply if there is a legal obligation to do so (e.g. information to certain authorities within the scope of their statutory duties) or if this is necessary to enforce our rights, in particular to enforce claims arising from the contractual relationship with you.
You have a right to information regarding the personal data stored about you and a right to correction of incorrect data as well as their blocking and deletion. For information about your personal data, to have incorrect data corrected or blocked or deleted, and for further questions about the use of your personal data, please contact us (see above for contact details).

The website is hosted at cyon.ch (Switzerland). When you access the pages, information is automatically stored in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- browser type and browser version
- operating system used
- referrer URL
- host name of the accessing computer
- time of the server request
- IP address
These data are not combined with other data sources.
We use Plausible Software (“Plausible”) to analyze traffic and help us improve your user experience. Plausible is hosted by ourselves on a server in Germany. It temporarily processes your IP address. Cookies are NOT used.
Interactions with our website might be tracked using cookies and the technologies listed below to enable us to customize them for you. Cookies are small files that are stored on your hard drive. This enables easier navigation and a high degree of user-friendliness of our website. Of course, you can also view our website without cookies, but a restriction of its functionality cannot be excluded. Most browsers automatically accept cookies. You can prevent cookies from being stored on your hard disk by selecting “Do not accept cookies” in your browser settings.
The controller has integrated components of YouTube on this website. YouTube is an Internet video portal that allows video publishers to post video clips and other users to view, rate and comment on them free of charge. YouTube allows the publication of all types of videos, which is why complete film and television programmes, music videos, trailers or videos produced by users themselves can be called up via the Internet portal.
YouTube is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.
Each time one of the individual pages of this website is accessed, which is operated by the data controller and on which a YouTube component (YouTube video) has been integrated, the Internet browser on the information technology system of the person concerned is automatically prompted by the respective YouTube component to download a representation of the corresponding YouTube component from YouTube. More information about YouTube can be found at https://www.youtube.com/yt/about/de/ In the course of this technical procedure, YouTube and Google are informed which specific subpage of our website is visited by the person concerned.
If the person concerned is logged on to YouTube at the same time, YouTube recognizes which specific subpage of our website the person concerned visits by calling up a subpage that contains a YouTube video. This information is collected by YouTube and Google and assigned to the respective YouTube account of the person concerned.
YouTube and Google receive information via the YouTube component that the person concerned has visited our website whenever the person concerned is logged on to YouTube at the same time as accessing our website; this happens regardless of whether the person concerned clicks on a YouTube video or not. If such a transmission of this information to YouTube and Google is not desired by the person concerned, this can prevent the transmission by logging out of their YouTube account before calling up our website.
The data protection regulations published by YouTube, which can be accessed at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/, provide information about the collection, processing and use of personal data by YouTube and Google.
The support forms are provided by the provider Replies AG (Switzerland). In addition to the e-mail and the message you have written, general information about the program version, the license used and the size of the main memory is transmitted.
The software developed and distributed by us is designed for installation on desktop and mobile devices.
Licenses for our products are sold through paddle.com (USA), fastspring.com (USA) and apple.com (USA). Their respective data protection regulations apply. If necessary, we store data for purchase in order to fulfill the contract and create or restore the license key upon request. For this purpose, the e-mail, the purchase date, the purchase price, the country and, if specified, the first and last name are stored.
The software can contact the server mentioned under “Website” to offer more current program versions for installation. In addition to the log data mentioned above, the program version and the license status are also transferred.
To improve the software, we offer to transfer data to us after a software crash. For this purpose we use the service sentry.io which is provided by Functional Software Inc. (USA).
Data will only be sent after your explicit confirmation!
Exception: You participate in the beta program or use pre-release versions. This then includes anonymous session tracking. Learn more about this at Sentry “Health”. This analysis is always turned off in all non-beta product versions.
If you are 14 years old or even younger, we will need your parents/ legal guardian’s consent before you submit data via our services. It is not allowed to submit data without such consent. If we receive any such data, we will stop processing this data as soon as we are informed.
